Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

To return your item(s), you should mail your item(s) to: SOMETHING 4 YOU BOUTIQUE, 4045 OAKBEND DR, MEMPHIS, TN 38115, UNITED STATES.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days from the date of purchase unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). A store credit will then be credited towards your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show up under your profile.

Damaged Item(s)

If an item is damaged upon arrival, it may be returned within 10 business days from the date of purchase. First, you MUST contact us via email with a description of the damaged item(s) along with an attached picture.

Then, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim within 5 business days after we received.

Once we notify you via email, you will be instructed on how to return your item(s). All item(s) MUST be returned via REGULAR/STANDARD mail. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and verification of shipping cost.

When your return item(s) is received, we will send you a replacement item(s) or a store credit will be credited towards your account for the damaged item(s) including shipping cost. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show up under your profile.

All earrings are non-refundable!    

If 10 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a store credit.
